Deadpool is not for kids!

So me and my so went to see deadpool today (it was amazing amazing!!) but when we were waiting for it to start I noticed a tonne of children come in and sit down, ranging in age from 4 upwards. If anyone has seen an advert for it they'll know it's absolutely not for children, there's been plenty of info out there saying 'I know you might think cause he's a 'hero' it's child safe but it is NOT'
Don't get me wrong I'm super liberal on what I'd let my kids watch, but to take your child to see it in the cinema seems to me a little irresponsible and also a bit disrespectful to the people (like me) who went to see it specifically for the fact no children would be there. You can't pause in the cinema, and you (I assume) haven't had time to watch it to see if it is suitable for your child (it isn't)
Anywho about 15 mins in most the kids left (maybe it had something to do with the dude who got stabbed in half?) and I'm hoping none will complain so it gets cancelled.
My question I guess is do you think it's right to take your child to see a film like that? I don't want to tell anyone how to raise their children but please don't take your kids to see it in the cinema. At least wait till its out on dvd or whatever <3
