Advice please dont be mean

So, my fiancé has a very crazy ex. She stalks his social media and everything. He told me she cheated on him and got pregnant and decided not to keep the baby. (This happened before I met him) she didn't know who the father was. I have had several miscarriages and I'm still recovering. The other night he told me his friends came over with their baby and he told them all about his ex and how much it hurts him. He never brings up what happened to me and he always talk about her and what happened. I don't like the fact I lost my babies, and I don't want to flaunt it but why does he only bring her up? It makes me feel like he doesn't care. What do I do. He's already irritated with me.
