I don't like the idea of a child being on that back part 

I was contemplating this one or the guzzie&guss so I'm going with the guzzie&guss because it does have a bigger basket even with the 2nd seat in and I walk everywhere so it's important it has a big basket.

I love mine! Yes you lose some of the basket because it's a tandem stroller, but I've owned the britax b ready and for the huge price tag it comes with plastic wheels! Anyway I used it when my girls were 1 and 3 it was perfect and my youngest still fits in bottom seat so going to get top car seat attachment :) 

I would go with the Britax b-ready, not this Phil and teds:)

If you are going to carry 2 kids wouldn't you need more basket space ?. Every time you need something you literally have to sit on ur knees too. Its not practical and i don't want keep the baby or todller that low too.

How old are the children? I can't recommend unless for short trips or quick nap time strolls. The child in the back gets dizzy and very  disoriented unless they are sleeping because they are so low to the ground and forced to look sideways to gain perspective.
