Need help with symptoms!

I have no clue what's going on with my body, but I've been awake for the past hour and I've had to "pee" 4 times. I put pee in air quotes because 3 times I've felt like I've had to pee but nothing even happens. I've had this feeling before, but with what I had, I was more so in pain once I used the restroom. What could this be? Please help!
