Sharp pain in vagina when you spread your legs open?

If I am laying down in bed switching positions, getting up or spreading my legs open I feel that sharp pain in my entire vagina. Not painful painful but just uncomfortable. Any one else on the same boat? Been going on for about 4 weeks now and I'm 30 weeks today. Also what helped solve this?

It's spd, and its caused by the ligaments in your pelvis stretching. Try not to open your legs and it should help. I had it with my first pregnancy from 22 weeks until I delivered :(

That sharp pain sensation could be what I've experienced and my dr explained that it happens when the baby hits a certain nerve. She calls it "hot poker in the vagina" lol

It can also get combined or confused with some "lightening" when the baby starts to drop a bit.
