What do I do?

So I found out that my husband watches porn. Idk how much or anything and It wouldn't be a huge deal except for he turns me down quite a bit. We only have sex like once ever 2 to 3 weeks. It makes me mad that he would put energy into watching porn when he could have sex with me. I would love to have sex like twice a week but we never do cause he says not tonight a lot. Why is he doing this? Should I tell him that I'm mad and ask him why? Cause I want to know why he would watch porn when we don't have sex a lot and I try and he turns me down. That really pisses me off.

Talk to him about it, but don't come from a place of judgement or anger. I watch porn sometimes when I just want to get off real quick. It may seem strange to you but for some of us it's not really about wanting sex at the time, or being turned on. I do it sometimes just to relieve stress real fast when I'm feeling anxious. A lot of us have been masturbating since we were kids and it can be a completely separate act mentally from having sex.  My husband and I have lots of sex and I'm always willing to help him out in some way, but he will still jerk off in the shower sometimes-- it's just part of his routine/personal time.

I would talk to him. I don't feel porn is a big deal in my opinion but when it effects your relationship then you need to tell him how you feel. Maybe he feels that his fantasies would not be something you would participate in and has to use porn to get his 'fix'.

You should definitely talk to him. Tell him how all of it makes you feel. But don't go in guns blazing and acting pissed. That's not going to do anything but make him defensive and probably less inclined to change.

You have a legit reason to be mad. I would be flipping FURIOUS. Like, he "gets off" watching porn but he can't get you and him off if you had sex... I'd talk to him and let him know that 1. You don't mind him watching porn but he needs to make sure your needs are met

I honestly would feel hurt if my so did watch porn. He doesn't in the relationship but he used to with his exes and his exes would too. But it's not my cup of tea. We hardly have sex :/ I always have to initiate it and it's annoying. But just tell him how you feel. Honestly I wouldn't even let him. That's just me.
