Guys and Xbox/ps4

My so comes home from work eats his dinner and goes to play his Xbox which I wouldn't mind but if he lags (freezes) he expects me to stay off my phone and do nothing all night it's not even like he would talk while he plays it he talks to whoever he is on with does my head in. I'm acc wondering why I bother with him if he doesn't care that I'm sitting there doing nothing with he plays it (we live with his nan and Granda so can't watch to somewhere else
