My husband is cheating

It's always something ,! Two weeks ago he left our house with a woman 3 am . He was out with his friend and then he calls me telling me his grandfather fell and he was waiting for the parametric to arrive . . So I drive around the corner to help , his grandfather never fell . He just lied then I'm In front of our house and a mini van pulls up and sits in front of my house . . It's a woman In it . . He pulls up with his friend behind the van . I scream your a lier ., the van still sits there after he got out his friends car ,,, he goes upstairs I stay in my car ,,, the van still there , finally I go inside the house and soon as I get up stairs he runs back down stairs , he jumps in my truck and drive off and the van follow him . I want a devorce ! I'm being calm for now but I got a plan to get rid of him ...
