Bleeding after Fingering me.

I'm just going to get to the point, my boyfriend fingered me and he does it really rough (even though I told him that's not okay) because it turns him on and while doing so I felt his fingernail jab into me which of course hurt really bad. I don't know whether I'm not lubricated enough, or if he's just being to rough. Maybe both. This had happened before but lasted for a good thirty mins then stopped, but now this time when he did it has been a day, and 2/3 of another. I'm considering talking to my doctor about this but I also would like an opinion on what could possibly be going on. Thanks.
