Total pumped milk per day for storage
I am going back to work when my LO is 12 weeks. He's 8 weeks now and on top of breastfeeding , I pump 10oz a day and store it. Thinking of upping my supply so I can store more. I was pumping more initially but hated pumping in the middle of the night on top of feeding. How much are y'all storing on average per day? Are you able to avoid pumping at night?
