4 month check up disappointment

So doc is referring us to a helmet specialist. So disappointed. Really tried to reduce the flat spots on his head. I can't understand how this happened.  He's only on his back when he's sleeping at night. And we position his head. I'm hoping it's just a consultation and the doc tells us a helmet is not necessary.
