Trying to conceive

I have endometriosis and I've tried for the last 2 years to get pregnant .. It's killing me because I miss my period I think I am then get a negative test . Is there anything I can do to help ? I haven't had a period in 42 days and my tests say negative :( but I have a bitter tast in my mouth and my body feels different .. What can I do to increase my ways to get pregnant .....needing baby dust
