woke up with this in my undies 😳

so me and my boyfriend have been trying to get pregnant for like 2 months already and my period is due in 3 days from today, took a nap once I got home and woke up with this in my undies... not sure if it's implantation bleeding or just my period😕 what do you girls think, my period is usually heavy
