I am 27 and have been married for three years. My husband says he can't wait to be a father but when it comes to it he always says it's not the right time. We have already named both a girl and a boy that we don't have yet. I absolutely can not wait to be a mother. He is always playing video games and working on his cars. Yes cars as in multiple. But he says that if we have a baby everything is going to change. Ummm duhhh... He is driving me insane. Every time AF comes I want to cry. How do I make him see it's time to grow up and move forward in life?

I would sit him down and talk and ask about a time line. Like do you want to have a baby in the next year or by the time I'm 30. If he's iffy about it then tell him no more talking about having a baby an wanting one if he doesn't plan on it soon because it hurts.

My husband and I have 4 kids and 1 on the way he still plays video games and works on cars having a baby is taking on a new responsibility doesn't mean you have to give up everything you like to do. We're both 28 turning 29 and have been married for almost 4 years

Having a baby..... You can let let it change your life if you want it too. You can have a family and still do the same old things as you did before just need plan timing better and that is it and yes you can still go on vacation to the Caymen island and yes girls night out no problem... You will make it work
