30% effaced at 28 weeks.

At my 28 week appt, my doctor checked me which I wasn't expecting. He said I was 30% effaced and because of this he would check me again in 2 weeks. He put me on pelvic rest. I work full time and am on my feet all day. I relax when I get home. Has anyone else had this and did you dilate and efface more at the next visit? I am trying not to worry but that is hard to do!
