When im on my period i get really bad cramps which can last for a few days. What form of birth control is the bet in this sutuation?

I'm on the pill and have a period every month and I can still get cramps sometimes, however, I find the best solution is to have sex....I have cramp free periods if I have sex at least at the beginning of it :)

The pill helped me, I would take it consecutivly for 3 months and on the fourth month I would have my period
