Bleeding

My boyfriend and I had sex last night we switched positions and we noticed that he had blood all over his privates . I dont know what happened and it was actually very embarrassing so I left to get him something to wipe it off. I usually bleed a little every time but this time it was a lot and it got all over the sheets. Has this happened to any of you????
