Sleep paralysis

Have anyone experienced this? Im 14 weeks pregnant and have a 5 month and 5 year old but i didnt experience this with them.. After 11 i couldn't sleep i was so scared that i refused to sleep imcase it happened again.. Ended up finally falling asleep to be woken up a couple hrs later by my baby and his brother.. Having 0 control over your body and thinking your awake is horiable.. I never want to experince it again!
