So, I had a cold a few weeks ago and wound up hurting one of my ribs while coughing. Not sure if it's a pulled muscle, bruised, or broken but since it's been so long and hurts so bad still I know something isn't right. I'm 39+3 and so scared I'm going to go into labor soon and not be able to push bc of the pain. Any suggestions on relief? Has anyone gone through labor with a rib issue?
