I have a question plz help!
I'm 19 and a half weeks early in the pregnancy I would get really lightheaded and dizzy and it stopped for a while just today after eating I became really lightheaded I feel and hear my heartbeat in my ear my head is spinning and I just don't know what's going on! Is this a normal pregnancy thing or should I be concerned?????
