Really common for babies to get rashes in the first few weeks. Their skin is super dry and sensitive. You can put a dab of aquaphor  to see if that helps. Also, try Avene thermal spring water for the future when baby gets small rashes like this. A fine mist and it'll all be cleared up! Obviously confirm with your doctor first :)
