Soreness down below

Ever since this morning I've felt a bit itchy down there. It wasn't on the outside but inside the labia. As the day progressed it just got worse and eventually became a crazy itch. I tried to be gentle by dabbing it with toilet paper to try and satisfy the itch but nothing was working!! I put some sudocream on the inside of the labia and that did soothe them for half an hour or so but then the itch just came back and now it is an intense burning. It's so sore and red and my discharge is a translucent white. What could this be?? Please help ladies I'm in such discomfort
