I had a dream that I had a positive pregnancy test?

I know it sounds silly lol a dream is a dream sometimes it won't happen cause I've had this happen to me before like once a long time ago an this is the 2nd time it happened me and my partner have been ttc since March of last year 2 weeks ago I had light brown spotting with brownish discharge that only lasted for a few minutes but I am so scared to test. I had a dream last night that I took a frer test and I had 2 perfect lines I was like oh my god 😄then I woke up lol I was bummed. Have any of you ladies ever had a dream like this and it came true?? I know dreams don't really mean anything just curious :)
