19 weeks stomach pain?

I have woke up needing to go toilet like I normally do in the morning but today I woke with bad pains in my belly at the sides where my ovaries are, what could this be its still there after going toilet it's not sharp or small it's the whole area like cramp pain, I have just felt baby kick while ready this tho so I think they are okay?
