Constipation, ouch?!?!

Im constipated and its making my tummy pain, what can i do to relieve it fast im 7 weeks

I had Terrible constipation with my first... I would sit on the toilet many nights 45-60 minutes trying to have a BM.  The constipation started very early.  I just found out that im pregnant with my second and I have already started to get ahead of the game.  I take 100mg of Colace daily as well as Miralax 17g daily and am having 1-2 BMs Daily...  Miralax is wonderful.  No constipation so far!  Good luck.  And don't forget to  drink the recommended amount of water ( I rather pee every 15 minutes than have constipation)

So I've increased my water (like a lot!! And spread it out just look out for the burping) and increase your veggie and fruit intake. Also small meals can help prevent the build up of gas. These work like a charm if you keep an eye on it and it allows you not to take any medication in the first few months! Plus the extra nutrients are great for you and the baby.

Try a stool softener like Laxido or Fybergel. Works wonders! Beware the increased wind though .... 💨😬

I'm having the same problem. I use to be regular and now it seems like I can't go at all. It hurts my belly. My first doctors appointment is the 3rd. So I will ask about something then.

Ask your doc if you can use a saline enema. You will poop in 5 mins...
