When should I test?

Help! I work nights 10pm-6am. Usually I get off work at 0630ish. So my "FMU" is difficult to really decide. I obviously pee all night while at work and then I only sleep probably about 4 or 5 hours. I generally wake up at 1 pm. So should I test at 1 when I've held it durning my rest period or try to hold it during work and test at 7am? AF due 2/20.

Answer

The urine is stronger for most people in the morning because they've 'held it' all night. It has nothing to do with the time of day.
