Genital warts

Has anyone had these when pregnant? I've been with my husband 7 years and we have both been faithful. The doctor said they can lie dormant for a long time so that is all Ok. I just don't know what to expect in terms of removal / treatment and when they will go?

I'm so embarrassed by it all!
