Fasting and Walking
Since the first of the year I have been trying to dedicate myself to my weight loss so we can actively TTC again. Though I have slacked off with activity for about a month and a half, I managed to lose 15lbs last month. So I'm down to 269 from 284.
At first, I had one 24hr fast day a week (water only) from midnight on Wednesday to midnight on Thursday. I have since added two additional days which are Sunday and Friday. As of 4am this morning, I have also added a four mile walk. Only time and commitment will tell but I am hopeful this will be a winning combination for me. I would love to successfully conceive sometime late spring.
