Wtf is going on with me?

I had my 39 week appointment yesterday morning at 10:30 & had my usual cervix check. No swipe no unusual pain... just the usual stuff. I had some spotting yesterday which has happened once before. Now here we are 24 hours later, and every time I go to the bathroom now there's blood/small clots. Wtf? This is a progression today. It started with the first pic and has gone to the third (there was more on the first wipe with the 3rd picture the clots worried me more).
