For the 3rd time since May my engagement ring needs to be fixed not because I'm rough on it or I play with it or anything but because the diamonds just don't want to stay in out of the 9 months we've been engaged I've had maybe 3 or four do to needing fixed a diamond fell out we had it fixed 2 days later it fell out again and now it's loose and had to be fixed again it's irritating it should never be like that if it falls out again we are getting our money back and getting a different one but we both loved that one and don't want to give it up

Update: still have not received my ring back yet and I would also like to add that they special ordered a brand new ring in my size after the 2nd time a diamond fell out so this is a whole new ring that had the loose one
