Hiccups hurt

I have had the hiccups for tge last half an hour and they hurt. I woke up last night out of no where and had hiccups. I have never had hiccups this strong before and they're loud. This pregnancy has been very difficult. I am trying to do the best that I can ans sacrifice feeling ok so I can bring this lil joy into the world. But I have been absolutely miserable for weeks and irs only been getting worse not better. Ugh. Any suggestions besides talking to my Dr about it. He believes everything is perfectly normal without even seeing me.. ( just switched dr because of it) next appointment is march 11th. Ugggh
