HCG & Now Re-scheduled Earlier!

Hey ladies! I know I post a lot and mainly the same things and problems so I hope I am not annoying any of you. I had one sided cramping Tuesday the 16th and went to my obgyn and got my hcg level tested I was at 510 and had to go back Thursday the 18th (yesturday) and my counts were 1,270 I am 4 weeks and 5 days along (I think) but had an ultrasound scheduled for 8 weeks and now they want me to come in a week earlier to see what's going on and make sure everything is ok. They said that my levels where ok but I sensed a level or uncertainty in her voice when I asked for the numbers. I know I am probably just freaking myself out but me and my husband lost a baby may at 12 weeks 5 days and it took us 7 months to get pregnant again. I am on prenatals, progesterone for implantation, extra folic acid, baby aspin to thin my blood so there not clotting. I just wanted to know if anyone else is having issues or is in a similar situation right now. I could use some support or a buddy to update with. I am due oct. 23rd as of right now.
