Yeast infection

My Partner and I had sex the other day and for some reason I couldn't stay wet. We kept trying but I just wasn't getting as wet as I normally do. At one point things were going good but I dried out and it started to burn kinda. After we finished we both just fell asleep, meaning I took a shower in the morning. Nowww I feel like I might have a yeast infection due to the irritation and not showering right after. Has anyone ever experienced this ?!!?
