I might have Crohn's Disease :(

I went to the Dr on Tues because I thought I had a parasite but she referred me to a gastroenterologist because she thinks I have crohns. I have evey symptom and I've had it for as long as I can remember. I've even been to the emergency room many times but nobody every knew what was wrong. I've been searching for answers my whole life with no results. Now that I may have found out what is wrong with me, I don't know what to do. There is no cure for crohns and the treatment just causes more problems. Does anyone have crohns? Do you know of any power foods or exercises that help? I've noticed growing up things that help my symptoms but lately they don't work, I'm just always sick and hurting.
