MIL troubles

I'm pregnant with my second child which is something I have wanted for a while now. My  baby girl is 3 and I just felt it was time! Anywho, I had a c-section with her and my mom was in the room with me. My hubby didn't want to go it (he's a bit squeamish) My mom died on Feb 3rd and it saddens me that she will not be here this time. My MIL however told me that she's going to be in the room when I have the baby whether I like it or not. Bad thing is, she wasn't kidding. She said it the day we told her I was pregnant and again after my mother died. Thankfully my husband is on my side and told her that he's going to be in there this time. I just cannot believe the audacity of this woman. She's also texting me everyday asking about when I'm getting a Dr appt. I am going through the VA as I am former military so I have to wait for their process. What's a good way to tell her to mind her business? This isn't my first rodeo. I know she means well and maybe it's my hormones but she's really annoying the crap out of me!!!
