Hey girls.. I went for my eye exam today and found out I have a very high ocular pressure of 30... My doctor said this is a risk factor for glaucoma and now I looked into it and I'm pretty sure it's because I use corticosteroid cortisone on my skin from time to time being as I have eczema on my face. I am so scared, I have vowed to never use cortisone on my face again but will this be enough to lower my pressure?? I really do not want to go blind or get glaucoma. This has been on my mind all day and I can't bear the thought. I am only 21 and have my whole life to see things.. I feel so depressed and scared I'm going to lose my vision. Does anybody know anything about eye damage and how to protect my eyes from further damage? Thanks in advance
