What's the type of lube I've been using Vaseline but I'm scared about my ph levels and stuff idk. I need advice please?

Don't use vaseline with condoms! It is oil based as opposed to water based like actual lube. Vaseline could break down the condom.

There are different types of lube. Always choose water based lube. Ditch the Vaseline because it will cause harm as that is not its intended use. Start with just plain basic lube like KY or Durex Play. You can pick it up at sex shops, pharmacies and even Walmart in the condom aisle. Once you get the hang of it or want to try other types, there is flavoured which is like flavoured condoms, only for oral sex and not penetration. The sugar in some flavoured lubes can cause a yeast infection if you use them too much. There are also novelty lubes like the warming ones and mint ones that make you tingle etc.

Extra virgin coconut oil is a great all natural lubricant. It can wear down condoms though, so make sure you're using a secondary form of birth control.
