??? ☹️☹️☹️

So went to the ER today because this morning I had bleeding... Don't think it was implantation bleeding because it was too dark..? I got an ultrasound and it was measured to 5 weeks and 1 day... Everything was ok they said... But I'm worried I'll have another miscarriage... This is my second pregnancy the first time I had a miscarriage which was about nine months ago cause, (blighted ovum)... Anyone knows what this could mean is everything ok I'm worried😣 I need answered bleeding stopped btw just spotting no pain, minor cramps
