Brown tissue discharge

I went to the restroom this evening, wiped and didn't see anything. When I got up to flush the toilet there was a pretty large amount of brown and clear mixed tissue. I'm not cramping, spotting, nothing. I am 9 weeks and had a scan last week and had a strong heartbeat. Is this something anyone else has dealt with?
