Can pictures be sexy without lots of skin?

I know this sounds weird but I was talking to my friend the other day about a picture I thought was sexy that a celebrity posted anyway long story short she believed a picture could not be sexy without skin showing because it defeats the point of thinking about sex or something. 
I completely disagree but I was just curious to hear other people's opinions on whether a picture can be sexy without showing much, or none at all skin?

In all seriousness there's some "study" they did saying 40% of your skin must be showing if you want to attract a man.

Most men find women sexier with clothes on bc it leaves more to imagination. Skin isn't sexy it's lust imo

I think I look sexy in both of these pictures. No I'm fully clothed, the other should a bit of skin. Pictures of people that are fully clothed, and pictures of people who show a little skin, are both sexy.

Less skins leaves more to the imagination. It shows you have class, being modest, and bring much more different topics then just douche bags, and women thinking and trying to say you're a slut. Trust me, EVERYBODY THINK LIKE THAT OUT THERE. Especially if they seen a women with short cloths on.
It just depends how you want to represent yourself. If you want sex appeal, go for less. If want to appear with class, and elegance, leave some to the imagination. Simple as that! 😊
