Do you have acne?

I'm 21 and I've never really suffered from acne. I only suffer from acne around my period, does anyone have any remedies or medications they suggest besides the pill?

I mean for me what helps even if I'm not on my period cause I've suffer from ace for about 7 years now but I actually found something that really helps. It's goats milk soap, before I hope into the shower I pop them even though it's not the best thing to do but it makes them go down so much and gets rid of them a lot faster !! It also makes your face extremely soft. I hoped this helped!

Yes 😩particularly on my back where it's hard to reach to clean, it clears up when my boyfriends round because he washes for me

I'm on the pill which has helped a lot! I noticed though that I would still get acne when I took my break week, so I made the decision to only take the active pills (that wasn't the only reason but it was one). At this point I haven't had any new breakouts in almost a month.

I have struggled with it and I've recently started to use organic raw apple cider vinegar 2 times a day and it been really improving

I usually only get acne a week before my period and it usually is on my chin or inbetween my eyebrows sadly. When you feel a zit coming in, heat up alittle bit of water, put a green tea bag in it, then use that same warmes up tea bag and put it on the zit. Itll help it go away faster. Or putting toothpaste on it for 10ish minutes has helpes me. This won't always help though, sometimes you've just got to let it go through its phase.
