Not such great news

We went for our first ultrasound yesterday. Thought I was 10 weeks by LMP, measuring 8w/5d. The MD saw fluid accumulation around the babies brain and heart, he gave us a very poor prognosis. Said if the pressure on the heart didn't cause fetal death it would lead to DS/trisomy issues. Anyone else ever had something like this? We are so lost and heartbroken.
