So confused!

AF is 3 days late and I'm having so many pregnancy symptoms! Dizziness, nausea, slight cramping and fatigue... I've had no spotting and I know that I ovulated on either the 4th or 5th because I took a digital ovulation test and I was at peak on the 4th and my husband and I BD both those days and then again the 7th so my period should have Definetly started already! I don't know why I keep getting bfn when testing! 😩😢
