Weird jerk feeling in uterus?

At first I thought it was gas but it's right over my pubic bone and it happened again it felt like a jerking tugging movement and it was really fast and harsh like it hurt and it was the weirdest feeling I have ever felt. I am really in tune with my body and I have endemetriosis. 
I'm not pregnant I just got off of a full blown 8 day period last Wednesday. After that I feel a weird crampy pain and I still feel it. Could something have burst? Would I bleed if something did?

It's probably a muscle spasm. I get them all the time there. And if you have endo, and that spasm causes adhesions to tug, that could be why it hurts. I assume they did laproscopic surgery to confirm it and remove adhesions at the same time. So i would bring it up with your doctor to let them know, and maybe they can help you find some sort of solution.

I've never heard of that happening to someone! I'd call your doctor since you do have endo., which can cause lots of discomfort. I hope it's nothing and just a freak event for you.

I'm sorry this hasn't had any responses yet. :/ I don't know, and I'm not sure anyone else here would know. I would definitely see a doctor and see if they'll do an ultrasound to make sure everything is okay. I hate to suggest this, is there any way the period was a miscarriage? It would partially explain the jerking if there were strong uterine contractions. I hope not, but either way I would say it's worth a trip to the doctor.
