Out--because of BC?

I'm out again and early this time too 😢 10 DPO AF not due until 2/25, got minimal brown spotting yesterday that went away. AF then started full force this morning. I was so hopeful this month, everything felt right...does anyone else know how long it took them to regulate after the BC that only gives you a period every 3 months? My doctor had said that because of my age and health it shouldn't take more than a month or two but 6 months later and that's clearly not the case. Curious if anyone else out has experienced this? Last month AF was 5 days late.
