6weeks and scared

6weeks 1day. Been spotting for the past 9days went to the er lat night after passing a clot about the size of a grape and cramping. They said my cervix looked good but definitely still bleeding. My hormone levels were at 73 was told too low to see anything on a ultrasound plus they didn't have ultrasound overnight apparently. Was told they couldn't tell it was the start of a miscarriage of just my levels were too low. Suppose to rest in bed and call my doctor to get in the week to see ways going on. My husband and I are so scared right now. This is my first pregnancy.
