Pregnant?

So I had Sex two weeks ago and my period is late he didn't cum inside me and I wasn't ovulating but I just got light spotting yesterday and still have it today I have been checking for the signs and I don't have nausea, sore breast , fatigue none of it but lite bleeding is one of the signs and they say it should only last two days so I'm scared that I might be pregnant I also have had really bad cramps I'm so scared I keep checking my weight  and I'm losing weight I went from 127-119 in three days and I'm not doing anything to lose weight
