Alopecia areata hair growing back

So I had a bald patch on my head since July I think and I start cortisone injections exactly 4 weeks ago, the dermatologist said if my hair was to grow back it would only start around now but my hair had start growing immediately after receiving the injections I am back again for the second set in March but look at how much my hair has grown in just 4 weeks, before it was smooth and shiny and now it's fluffy and I'm so happy.  it's covered in blonde hairs I know it look like it's patchy but those bits have recently turned brown while the rest are white/blonde
