I think I ovulated on CD 13.. Can someone look at this?

I always have a dip on the day that I ovulate. My temp will increase barely above the cover line for the next 3 days and then I have a fallback rise and then it usually jumps to around 98 degrees. Fertility friend will always give me crosshairs 3 days after ovulation but they didn't this month. Do you think I ovulated cause fertility friend didn't give the crosshairs today? Is it because one of my temps didn't go above the cover line. I NEVER get EWCM but I did this month and it was a lot. I'm so certain that I ovulated. I just don't know anymore, this ttc is getting tiresome.
