One Fallopian tube and endometriosis,would chlomid help me fall pregnant?

Please could you help I've been ttc for 2 years and last November I have my left tube removed due to a blockage! I also have mild endometriosis! My doctor is adamant the only way of me falling pregnant is ivf! I'm confused as to why Ivf? X

I have endometriosis and wished I would have just skipped to IVF from the beginning. Mine is stage IV. I've had a laparatomy to remove all adhesions and try and open tubes. It was unsuccessful so the doc had to remove both tubes and do another clean up of adhesions just 3 months later. Now we are starting IVF. However, the endo ate away at my ovarian reserve so now even with IVF it's going to be hard to reach success. It's almost impossible to know what is best for you in the process since everyone's endo can behave differently. Just jump in with both feet though and be ready for a fight. Be your own advocate and research like crazy. Many REs are not very knowledgeable in endo and have a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment and fertility.

Clomid is actually very aggravating to endometriosis. I have stage IV and have 1 ovary and tube left. 
Femara is a better option because the chances of hyperstimulation of the ovaries is not as high as clomid.

I lost a tube due to an ectopic pregnancy. My other tube is open and everything else is in good working order. I have been doing iuis and take 100mg of clomid. 
Even with the double dose I have had one instances of not having any follicles on the right side  and one when I did. 
I am about to embark on another IUI and if I am not ovulating on the side I should be I will go I to IVF treatments. 
I really feel that I have kinda wasted time and money that I could have invested on in vitro treatments. 
I honestly wish I would have gone on that route earlier.

If you are trying to conceive naturally I know there is always a chance that you could become pregnant. It will take time though. Personally I think time is more valuable than the cost of IVF.

I have one Fallopian tube due to a ectopic preg 3 years ago. I got preg again January 2015, but ended up having a miscarriage. But the doc did say I ovulated from my tubeless side and my other side picked it up. I just did my first round of clomid this month and waiting to hopefully ov soon. I also have endometriosis.

I took clomid from an obgyn who didn't ever listen to me and prescribed it blindly. I ended up with a blocked tube after 2 rounds because it made my endometriosis grow like wildfire. (It had been open during an hsg a few months prior and they found it blocked during a laparoscopy)
